Online Confirmation

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRIES

Athletes MUST confirm their participation for each event entered, before the beginning of the first round or the first event of the combined event in the competition. All confirmations must be completed by 17:00 the day before event. Online self-confirmation opens on 25 July 2024 and is made using the Roster Athletics app and the Roster Athletics website.

NO confirmation is required for non-stadia events. Athletes may report directly to the call room.

ONLINE CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTIONS

To use online confirmation, please follow these essential steps to minimize the risk of misuse of the check-in functionality. There is also a video guide available for each step.

IMPORTANT: This guide applies to the Roster Athletics App, version 3.0 and newer. Please ensure you are using version 3.0 or newer. If your app is not up to date, please update it and then review this guide again.

1. CREATE A ROSTER ATHLETICS ACCOUNT

Go to meets.rosterathletics.com to create your account. Download the Roster Athletics app from App Store or Google Play.

2. ADD ATHLETES FOR CONFIRMATION

Log in to meets.rosterathletics.com using the same credentials you used to create your account. Add the athlete(s) you wish to confirm online.

3. WAIT FOR VERIFICATION

Allow up to 48 hours for the verification process.

4. CHECK ATHLETE VERIFICATION

Log in to the Roster Athletics app using the same credentials that you used when creating the account in step one. Once the athlete(s) appear under the ”ATHLETE CHECK-IN” menu in the Roster Athletics app, the verification process is complete.

5. CONFIRM

To check in on the Roster Athletics app, log into the app and go to the ATHLETE CHECK-IN menu settings option and open an athlete profile by clicking the name. Open the meeting to see all events with your athlete on the start list and information about the check-in deadline and status. When the check-in is open, you can click the event name and select:

  • Check in - select if you want to confirm participation.
  • Scratch - select if you will not compete in the event.
